The 32,000 square foot conversion of office space to residential lofts includes 2,500 square foot of retail space. The four-story, mid-century modern office building is located in San Diego, CA and served as San Diego's Blood Bank for nearly 40 years. Offering panoramic views of the city skyline, a park and a bay, the building inspired the conversion to 25 energy-efficent loft apartments. Preserving this landmark thorugh adaptive reuse set the stage for a successful second act.
