In addition to his advisory role for STRADA, James Reese is a frequent global affairs analyst on CNN. Reese founded TigerSwan, a company that provides solutions for asymmetric threats for international and domestic clients. He retired from the heralded “Delta Force” in 2007, after 25 years as a decorated combat leader. Immediately following 9/11, Reese was selected by the U.S. Secretary of Defense to serve as the lead advisor for Special Operations to the Director of the CIA for planning, operations and integration for the invasion of Afghanistan and Operation Enduring Freedom.
